The background of this study is based on the increasing competition in the shipping service industry in the digital era, which has caused some customers to switch to other shipping services. Customer satisfaction is a key factor for business sustainability, so it is important to assess the variables that influence it. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with a survey technique. The research population includes 150 customers of the Kraksaan Post Office, with a sample of 75 respondents selected using purposive sampling, namely customers who have made at least six transactions. Data was collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, t-tests, and f-tests. The results showed that the quality of PickPos service and timeliness had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while shipping rates had no significant effect. These findings indicate that customers place more emphasis on speed and service quality than on cost. Responsive, friendly, and timely service quality has been proven to increase customer trust and loyalty to the Kraksaan Post Office. Customer satisfaction with the Kraksaan Post Office is more influenced by service quality and timeliness than shipping rates. Therefore, improving service quality and consistency in timeliness are key strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of the Post Office amid the rise of private shipping services.
Ali Maqqi Munifa Munifa Copyright (c) 2025 Annual international Conference On Islamic Economic And Finance 2025-10-10 2025-10-10 1 1 1 9 ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT SHAPE CONSUMER PREFERENCES IN SUPPORTING THE QUALITY OF KUD ARGOPURO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES https://proceeding.unzah.ac.id/index.php/aicief/article/view/363
The Argopuro Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) plays a vital role as a community-based economic institution, particularly in providing products and services in the agriculture and livestock sectors. In the midst of increasingly competitive market dynamics, understanding consumer preferences becomes essential for enhancing product and service quality. This study aims to analyze the key factors influencing consumer preferences for Argopuro KUD’s products and services, including product quality, pricing, customer service, and cooperative image. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the quality of products and services significantly shapes consumer preferences. However, Argopuro KUD still faces several challenges, such as limited product diversification, obstacles in obtaining BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency) certification, and the effects of the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak that have reduced milk production volumes. Moreover, the cooperative’s image and consumer trust are identified as crucial factors in sustaining customer loyalty amidst growing competition.
Salim Safi'i Abd. Suweg, a local plant with high economic potential, remains relatively unknown to the wider community. The primary challenge faced by this MSME is its unstrategic store location, which limits direct consumer access. Consequently, adopting a digital branding strategy becomes essential for expanding market reach and increasing visibility. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, supported by direct observations during internships and in-depth interviews with the business manager. The findings reveal that the effective use of digital media particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee has successfully enhanced brand awareness, attracted consumers from diverse backgrounds, and revitalized interest in traditional food products in today’s modern context. Despite these achievements, the MSME still faces several challenges, including a limited number of content management personnel and constraints in product distribution, which hinder the full optimization of its digital branding potential.
Hakimah Iskarimah Tri Nadhirotur Ro'ifah Copyright (c) 2025 Annual international Conference On Islamic Economic And Finance 2025-10-10 2025-10-10 1 1 20 24 ANALYSIS OF THE EVALUATION OF THE ZAKAT, INFAQ, AND SEDEKAH (ZIS) MANAGEMENT POLICY CASE STUDY AT BAZNAS IN PROBOLINGGO REGENCY https://proceeding.unzah.ac.id/index.php/aicief/article/view/365
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) management policies at BAZNAS of Probolinggo Regency through six key policy evaluation indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The research is grounded in the observation that Indonesia’s zakat potential estimated at around IDR 217 trillion annually has yet to be fully realized in its actual collection and distribution. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews with BAZNAS leaders and staff, muzakki (zakat payers), and mustahik (beneficiaries), complemented by field observation and documentation. The results reveal that the effectiveness of ZIS management is generally positive, although the potential of professional zakat remains underutilized. Efficiency has improved following the adoption of the SiMBA digital system, despite persistent human resource limitations. In terms of adequacy, assistance is still largely consumptive, with only about 30% directed toward productive empowerment programs. The equity of distribution focuses primarily on the poor and needy, leaving other asnaf categories less covered. Meanwhile, responsiveness is assessed as high, and accuracy is maintained through comprehensive needs assessments and administrative verification procedures.
Ika Lina Oktarisa Zahida I'tisoma Billah Copyright (c) 2025 Annual international Conference On Islamic Economic And Finance 2025-10-10 2025-10-10 1 1 25 29 THE EFFECT OF SERVICE TIME AND EMPLOYEE RESPONSIVENESS ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY AT THE KRAKSAAN PROBOLINGGO POST OFFICE BRANCH https://proceeding.unzah.ac.id/index.php/aicief/article/view/366
This study aims to analyze the influence of service time and employee responsiveness on customer loyalty at the Kraksaan Probolinggo Post Office Branch. The research background highlights the crucial role of service quality in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, particularly within the increasingly competitive postal and delivery service industry. The research adopts a quantitative approach using linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents, all customers of the Kraksaan Post Office Branch, selected through purposive sampling. Research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using t-tests, F-tests, and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 22 software. The findings reveal that the service time variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with a significance value of < 0.05. Similarly, the employee responsiveness variable (X2) also demonstrates a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, with a significance value of < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence customer loyalty, as indicated by the calculated F-value (119.573) being greater than the F-table value (3.12) at a significance level of < 0.05. These results indicate that shorter service times and higher levels of employee responsiveness contribute significantly to strengthening customer loyalty at the Kraksaan Post Office Branch.
Krisdayanti Krisdayanti Munifa Munifa Copyright (c) 2025 Annual international Conference On Islamic Economic And Finance 2025-10-10 2025-10-10 1 1 30 36 BETWEEN SKETCH AND SHARIA: DISCOVERING THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC ECONOMICS IN THE WORLD OF ARCHITECTURE https://proceeding.unzah.ac.id/index.php/aicief/article/view/367
This study is driven by the need to develop architectural practices that are not only functional and aesthetic but also rooted in Islamic values. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation, interviews, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that most financing bottlenecks occur within micro and small business sectors, which are particularly vulnerable to economic fluctuations and weak business registration systems. The contributing factors are both internal such as limited analytical capacity and human resources and external, including economic crises and rising raw material costs. The strategies implemented by BMT include persuasive approaches, financing restructuring, and enhanced monitoring mechanisms. However, these efforts face challenges related to limited human resources, client resistance, and insufficient technological adoption. The study recommends strengthening human resource capacity, implementing simple digitalization systems, and improving member education. Through a comprehensive and sustainable strategy, BMT can maintain institutional stability while reinforcing its pivotal role in advancing the sharia-based economic empowerment movement.
Siti Musyarofah Moh. This study aims to examine the implementation of digital transformation through an integrated digital recording system for milk deposit data collection at the Krucil Argopuro KUD. This study used a qualitative approach, with data collection methods including direct field observations and in-depth interviews with farmers and KUD administrators to gain a comprehensive understanding of modern agricultural information systems.
