Abstract

This research aims to apply motivational values through religious teachings to develop the attitudes and potential of the community in Sambirampak Kidul Village, Kotaanyar, Probolinggo. This program is carried out through a community service program by students, focusing on religious and social activities such as thematic studies on religious moderation, Quran teaching, mutual cooperation, and various other activities. By understanding and practicing religious values such as honesty, hard work, patience, and mutual cooperation, the community becomes more motivated to improve their well-being in economic, social, and spiritual aspects. This research uses field observation and in-depth interviews as its methods. The results show that the application of religious teachings can strengthen the character of the community, increase interfaith tolerance, and build awareness for continuous development and optimization of local potential.
