INTERNALIZATION OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION VALUES IN THE AQIDAH AKHLAK SUBJECT AT MTS TARBIYATUS SHIBYAN GUYANGAN KRUCIL

This research aims to examine the internalization of religious moderation values in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews and observations with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The results of the research show that the internalization of religious moderation values in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil is still not optimal. Aqidah Akhlak teachers do not fully understand the concept of religious moderation and have not integrated the values of religious moderation in teaching Aqidah Akhlak. However, this research also found that MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan Guyangan Krucil students have great potential to internalize the values of religious moderation. These students have a high awareness of the importance of religious moderation and play an active role in promoting the values of religious moderation at school. Thus, this research recommends that efforts need to be made to increase Aqidah Akhlak teachers' awareness and understanding of the concept of religious moderation and to integrate the values of religious moderation in Aqidah Akhlak learning. In addition, efforts need to be made to facilitate students in internalizing the values of religious moderation and to promote the values of religious moderation in schools.
