Quality education forms the foundation of success for society and the nation. In response to global demands, one approach is through flagship programs. Flagship programs in Islamic boarding schools play a central role in enhancing the quality of education. This study provides an in-depth perspective on the journey of Pondok Darut Tauhid PZH Genggong in implementing flagship programs to achieve high educational standards. By combining qualitative research methods and elements of text analysis, this study aims to generate a profound understanding of the influence and positive impact of these programs.
