Bullying is a repeated aggressive behavior aimed at hurting, intimidating, or dominating others, often targeting individuals perceived as weaker or different. In the Millennial Generation era, the rise of digital technology has shifted bullying patterns, with cyberbullying becoming more prevalent due to the generation's heavy reliance on digital platforms. At SMAN 1 Maron, Probolinggo Regency, bullying remains a significant issue despite efforts to enforce strict rules and prevention programs. This indicates the need for comprehensive interventions, including educational strategies, parental involvement, and social-emotional skill development. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in addressing bullying at SMAN 1 Maron, focusing on its forms and strategies for resolution in 11th-grade Social Studies (IPS) learning during the Millennial Generation era. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with validity ensured through triangulation. The findings reveal: 1) The forms of bullying at SMAN 1 Maron include physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying. 2) Strategies to address bullying involve socialization, integrating bullying topics into classroom lessons, counseling sessions, and parental involvement..
